1.Thermal deformation protection lubricant,covered on the surface of brass material.

2.Put brass material into the automatic heating furnace of punching machine.

3.Heating,adjust the temperature of the furnace according to the material.Temperature for HPB57-3 should be 680℃while for CW617 and lead-free copper should be 720+℃,and always pay attention to move spray gun frequently during heating, it is to protect brass material not to be damaged by continuous over heating.

4.Clamping. Heated brass material should be put into mould vertically without any tilting, in this way, the blank forming will be uniform without lacking of material, or one-sided.

5.Forging.Stamp on the switch of punching machine by right foot, products will be formed,while stamp on the switch of mould for rising,and the product is released.

6.Mould releasing. Picked the edge of the blank gently by clamp, if the blank stick with mould together, always remember to twist the blank in the mould gently then pick it out.Never release the blanks by brute force.

7.Self-inspection. Make inspection for every product to see if it is qualified ,take those unqualified products out.

8.Collecting. Red hot products should be taken gently, put the cooling blanks into basket after the blanks turn back into its own color,normally it is 5-10mins cooling after releasing.

9.Mould cleaning. Mould should be cleaned once for every three blanks for those small size less than 1,and for the size more than 1-1/4,the mould should be cleaned once for each blank.

10.Cooling. The fulled turnover basket will be carried by hydraulic car to certain area.

11. Replace mould. Every set of mould can be used 15000times averagely,it should be replaced before expired.
